My husband works 40 hours a week I have been placed on Contributions Based ESA & in the support group.
Am I eligible for the Enhanced Disability Premium, which is dependant on you also being eligible for an ESA(IR) top-up.

I’m confused I don’t wish to make a false claim.

Hi @gomonacco6768 and thanks for sharing.  I'm unfamiliar with ESA myself so unable to advise you on this, sorry, but I'm sure another member of our Community or one of the team will be able to give you the best advice.  I agree, benefits are very confusing so quite right to seek out the proper information before making a claim.  All the best with it.

Oh it’s very confusing especially as I don’t understand the entitlement issue.
