Morning. Has anyone ever had a quality manager send back report to assessor asking to check jist one descriptor?

    Yes, i've heard of this happening but it's rare. Hopefully for you it will be good news.

    Thank you Poppy. Im a little confused why they are only checking planning and following a journey, because there were a few descriptors that did not tally up with the evidence

    Yes, they called this afternoon and explained they had asked then to look at it again in my favour. They said they will be making their decision monday morning x
