Hi, I have read that recording can be done. But you have to have 2 copies and get permission from DWP to record first.0

Court proceedings cannot be recorded, covertly or otherwise.Sud said:Hi everyone it has. been awhile since I was on quick question about pip appeal has anyone who has attend a oral hearing had it recorded by the panel ? Kind regards Sud

you can get a SOR after the tribunal which is a record of events.
However in Scotland this is happening
