Did the questionaire, which at times was very confusing, and not all the obvious routes lead to the type of information being sought.
May be you need to have a visual map of the various sections of information, with some description of how some areas of information may overlap.
If I were starting out trying to find information regarding support looking at your current set up I would probably go elsewhere where i could see things set out more visually say using diagrams and flow charts and to make it easier to follow and understand. -

Sorry but i didn;t find any of the EHCP info was adequatley signed...i would always look in "education" but that just led to school, college or higher education and within "school" there was never the right link.
