Case 1 had my pip reduced from enhanced daily living to standard in dec 2018
my mobility payment remained unchanged at standard
I went to mandatory reconsideration.
No change so went to a tribunal which is booked for next month
Case 2 however in may this year I went to another medical as my condition worsened
I was increased to enhanced daily living with mobility unchanged at standard
I am awaiting a mandatory reconsideration
what happens at my appeal hearing for case no 1 if they keep my award the same ?
or give me enhanced for both components
does the separate pip awards cancel each other out

Hi,The Tribunal will be for the decision made on case 1 and up until you put in for a change of circumstances. For example, if you're awarded Enhanced for both parts then it will only be up until the date you rang to report the changes. The decision made on case 2 will overrule case 1 Tribunal decision.0

Hello
@poppy123456 is right. The date on which you reported the changes in circumstances will be taken into account. Best of wishes! Keep us updated too.0 -
Thank you
my sincere thanks
as case 1 would only get me any increase from 14th feb until 5th April
7 weeks
case 2 was awarded from the 5th April so as you say case 2 would over rule case 1
i think it sensible to cancel the tribunal on case 1
i have put in a mandatory consideration request in on case 2
trying to get the 2 points req for enhanced mobility awaiting this result
so any appeal to the tribunal if req
is best to do so on case 2

i think im correct in the above
thank you once more you have been an immense help
