Hi,If it's definitely limited capability for work (LCW) and not limited capability for work related activity (LCWRA) then that's WRAG and not support group. If you're claim started after April 2017 then you won't receive any extra money each week.Usually they go with the report, it's rare to go against it. There's no timescales for decisions, hopefully not too long.

Sorry it's says limited capability for work and work related activity?
-
Also says review in medium term?
-
Review times don't really mean anything because they can re-assess you anytime from 3 months. There won't be a timescale on the decision letter. If you want to know a guide to how long it will be then once a decision's been made you'll need to ring DWP and ask but do be aware, it's just a guide.

You could have asked at your assessment about how long it might take. I asked this question the answer was 2 weeks which it was. I depends on the area.

Hi Steve
It was 5 weeks wait for me and my report said the same that I met the criteria for LCWRA and I have been placed in the support group.
But they did say when I rang that it could take 6 to 8 weeks hope you hear soon. -
Hi All
Update is...not heard a thing.? -
Mine was exactly 4 weeks to the day, but I only found out because I had to ring and change my bank details and I asked them on the off chance. I didnt receive the letter for over another week after that, my report also said medium term and they award me for another 12 months.
