Hello @Tammyjane33
You are in my prayers tonight!
I have no plans for today apart from packing. We are driving down to Kent for the weekend tomorrow morning without the twins (a friend agreed to watch them for 2 nights) and staying at a cheapish hotel as well.0 -
Hello @Tammyjane33 Sorry to hear this. I hope you recover soon.
I had this myself been told to drink plenty no food. Water or juice and rest.
I am eating but small meals. Takes time.
If hungry or need something to eat. The BRAT Diet of Bananas, White rice, Apples and white toast may alleviate the symptoms.
Have a look on the NHS website lots of information. I used this as a guide very informative, useful does help.
Wishing you well.
Take care.

Hello @Tammyjane33. So sorry to hear you've not been feeling great. Today is Talk Like a Pirate Day, so I'm currently exhausting every pirate pun under the sun. What about you?0
