    Hi,

Schedule 3 is Support Group. It has nothing to do with immigration, what ever you read you misunderstood that part.

Rule 31 which is otherwise know as regulation 31 for LCWRA is regulation 35 for ESA support group but they are both the same thing.

I'm assuming the Tribunal decision was to place you into the support group, is that correct?

If so then the decision letter will be sent to DWP and they will contact you at some point but this can be about 8 weeks, sometimes less. Any backdated money owed takes about 8 weeks to receive and about the same time to put your award into payment.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
