Disclosing at work

Hi,

is my manager allowed to tell other people in our company about my ASD diagnosis? She has told other managers and put it in emails to a new HR rep I know.

Any help appreciated!

I'm really sorry to hear this. I imagine this was very distressing for you! Did you ask your manager not to pass this information on when it was disclosed?
