ESA 3 backdated

It has been gone 15 weeks now I filled out this form for them too tell me it hasny gone too processing yet how much longer should this take because they have told me there is no time scale ?

Looking at your other posts I can see that @poppy123456 said that the time scale can be as long as 20 weeks.

Unfortunately there is no official time scale, hopefully you will hear from them soon!
