HI,Great news. It simple means that they can pay you any backdated money until the error with the date has been corrected by HMCTS. Once this is done DWP will pay you your backdated money.

Hi @Bobby09xxx, congratulations on your appeal! You should start to receive the monthly payment for PIP, with the backdated money being paid when the error has been sorted.Scope

Thank you chloe xx

The letter said sorry we carnt pay you pip until a date error is corrected.
-
Does that included your award being in payment or just the backdated money they owe you?
-
@Bobby09xxx congratulations. You got there in the end!!
-
They didnt say nothing about money just said sorry we carnt pay you pip and asked to send 3 questions back have i been in hospital have i been in prison have i been on holiday for more than 4 weeks all no and sent it back.

Anything about this plz poppy

Usually when they ask you those questions they send payment shortly after but because there's an error in the dates that will be delayed until it's corrected. It's unlikely that your award will be put into payment until it's done. For more information about how long it will take then you'll need to contact HMCTS.
