I am cold. So I had a warm fire plus a portable heater turned on this morning as I dealt with loads of paperwork. It was nice and toasty. I may put the fire on again in a bit.

    Hiya kami24,
Yeah me too, starting to get over it a little now.
    It knocked me for six.
Im asthmatic too, luckily I’ve got a good asthma nurse so she’s been keeping an eye on me.
Trouble is with all the additional problems it makes you feel miserable.
Well hopefully you’ll be feeling a lot better soon.
Look after yourself and keep toasty like April2018mom is doing. Take care😀😀😀

Hello @kami24   How are you today. Please can I suggest take plenty of water.

Eat something light and nourishing. Soup is a good one.  Chicken soup.

Even tinned will do .  If you are ill . Also to boost immune systems the following.

Plenty of fruit like Apples, Pears, Citrus.

Honey lemon juice in hot water. Small meals containing Chicken or Turkey use a slow cooker.  With vegetables and tomatoes tins or use jar sauces.

For your Breakfast Porridge with an Apple diced in to it and use add frozen berries defrosted.

Over night and drained. Antibacterial foods is the best way to boost immune systems.

Onions, Garlic, Eggs, Peppers, Greens like Spinach.   Natural Yoghurt and Greek ones.

Herbs as Parsley, Basil and Rosemary. Spices Turmeric, Chillies if you can .  Cinnamon, Cumin, Ground Coriander, Ginger either whole fresh grated or use a jar done for you helps as does  Fennel Seeds.

    Plenty of rest and sleep.

Use music to be calming. Your favourites.

Warm baths and muscle soaks works as well.

If you feel like going out a small walk in the garden, one other germs, bacteria spread so wash your hands.

After using tissues or sneezing or being sick or ill.

Speak to your Doctor, I usually ring up and some one speaks to me.

Had a stomach issues a while ago very helpful.

Wish you well a speedy recovery sending prayers.

    Take care.
