Can anyone please tell me on what grounds can dwp reassess early and stop a award for pip ?
I thought once the tribunal made a decision that was what should be paid unless there was a change in circumstance reported.
Thank you in advance for any help x

Hi,They can reassess you anytime. What date was the award due to end? Even those awarded by a Tribunal have dates. A Tribunal award isn't for life, or until you report a change of circumstances. For those awarded by a Tribunal you are contacted by DWP 14 weeks before the award is due to end. If a decision is then made before the award has ended, the new decision overrules to Tribunal decision and if there's no award your money will stop.
