I have MS, depression & anxiety and CPTSD. Am not currently working as my physical and mental health took a severe downturn after a bereavement earlier this year. Have limited support but find it hard to reach our irl so am struggling quite a bit at the moment.

Hello @shadow66. It can be difficult to discuss things with the people around us, can't it? I hope you'll find lots of help and friendship here on the community.
Is there anything in particular you're needing support with?

Thank you @thespiceman for the welcome and the links. I do sometimes use Mind's website, they do have a lot of useful information. Unfortunately richmondfellowship and rethink are not available in my part of the UK.

I am on a couple of waiting lists linked to MH support, unfortunately like everywhere, waiting lists are lengthy and there is no immediate professional help.  There are not many websites that cater for people affected by both physical and mental health problems and I am glad to have found Scope.
