Good evening all.
so 10 months ago I was put into the limited work capability group from esa to u/c after I appealed.
on my journal today it says I’m due for a review and have to fill out another questionnaire
i have clinical depression and osteoarthritis including chronic back pain. I’m not sleeping because of pain, have a 3 year old and now this **** again ? I feel so stressed again

HI,These work capability assessments are always a worry and they can re-assess you anytime from 3 months, which is even worse. When you do fill out that form make sure you put as much information about how your conditions affect you as possible There are some guides online that you can use and this is one of them, although it says ESA50, the UC50 form is exactly the same.Make sure you send evidence with the form to support your claim because they rarely contact anyone for this. Expect a face to face assessment too because most have them.Good luck.
