I can think of a few hopefully you haven't seem some of them! Some are much newer than others:
Hannibal
You
Homeland
Luther
Waking The Dead
Bates Motel
Killing Eve
While these may not directly fall under physiological thrillers, they are great thriller shows.

I like the Torchwood series - the older ones set in Cardiff. I’m not sure if they are classed as psychological thrillers but I thought they were really good.0

Many are excellent.

Sudden Fear the new one for me.

I am currently watching Peaky Blinders Season 2 [Link removed by moderator] and this is one of the best tv series and I will definitely recommend this series to watch.0
