My care company have served me notice the reasons are lies and can be proved all our messages to0 lancaesrhire social services are being ignored I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis nobody seems to want to help

Scope -
Not good had carers advocate here today, cqc rang but my husband couldn't speak because of advocate hear
It is wearing us both down but we are determined to keep on and not let care company get away with how we have been treated

Was accused of 3 carers hurting themselves and refusing equipment but LCC OT agreed that they were of no use and unsatisfactory for me

I'm not surprised it is taking it's toll, it all sounds very stressful! I hope CQC will be able to call back soon.Scope

can you tell me what these pieces of equipment are? I have carers too, who use ceiling hoist and profiling bed and shower/commode chair. is it any of these?
