There are a few things you might try as mentioned above using your postcode, or local searches- or perhaps here: https://www.doncaster.gov.uk/services/schools/family-hubs-and-services- or this disability advice service: http://www.dialdoncaster.co.uk/Hopefully the last 2 may be able to say if there are any disabled mother's support groups, but the 2nd link may be something you would possibly find helpful anyway.
