Hi @Teeniebash - Welcome to this great community. You've received some great advice above, but, if I may, can I ask why you're now using a wheelchair, & if you've had any input from your GP, or a physio? I'm not one of the lovely volunteers here (called a Community Champion), but used to work as a physio a long time ago!
