3 weeks to find another job

I work in health care and recently went for a job interview, I was told they could not now offer me the job because I have arthritis in my knees.
To make matters worse they said no matter what jobs I go for they will not take me on because of my condition.
So after a lot of tears I now feel stuck. Oh and they did say I had the job so I handed in my notice and now have 3 weeks to find another job.

Hi @Kat1979 - Welcome to the community here from me too. I'm very sorry that you were told you wouldn't be able to get a job because of the problem with your knees, as this is so untrue. As far as getting another job, as well as the resources mentioned, there may be additional help/advice here on Scope. See: https://www.scope.org.uk/jobs/I do hope you find something after you were treated so unfairly. Please do let us know how you get on, & I do hope the Scope links may help, including the one Han gave above. Pre-warned is pre-armed! Good luck.
