Help Woking Borough Council improve Taxi accessibility

Woking Borough Council is currently in the process of reviewing its Policy on Accessible Taxis.
In order to ensure that the vehicles best suit those who need them most, they're canvassing those who have accessibility requirements (such as those who require the use of a wheelchair) as well as other relevant persons, for their views on the matter and to find out what they feel is needed and wanted in Taxis.
In order to do this they’ve set up a survey, just eight questions that shouldn’t take any more than 30 seconds to a minute to complete, and in doing so will hopefully allow them to improve the accessibility of Woking’s taxis.
The survey can be found here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/W6BDFQD
