Fitness group Bedworth Heath

Starting the 2nd April 10AM-11AM at Bedworth Heath community centre Smorrall lane a New fitness group is starting £2 per session, which is disability friendly, there is free parking , wheelchair access , refreshments afterwards for just 50p which the 50p goes back into the community centre. This class is for all to come along and enjoy, no impact on your joints, you can sit on a chair or mat whichever you prefer. I know I'm going and hope to meet others that would like to feel better in themselves .
