I have recently received a form regarding a possible underpayment to a man who was like a father to me for over 20 years before his death, I have spoken to someone who as advised me that someone will call me next week to fill a form in over the phone, he was in receipt of high rate dla and was also receiving Contribution based esa but had no partner or any other benefits just wondering what is it they are wanting to know ? Thanks

HI,They will want to know all of his details such as savings/capital and and pensions he may have been claiming. Once a decision's been made they will write to you with the decision.

Hi @Lljr83, how are you getting on? I hope you don't have to wait too long.

Hope so it’s been quite upsetting having to go through all his stuff again x

I cannot imagine how difficult that would have been @Lljr83, I really hope it's not much longer.
