Welcome to the community @Poppy199664 Reviews are now carried out 6 months before your award is due to end (previously was 12 months). Most reviews do require the claimant to have an assessment. Let us know if you have any further questions

Hello welcome to the community, as advised above you will be sent the review forms approx. 6 months prior to your current award ending.
You need to complete the forms giving as much detail as possible (treat it as new claim) and send in any relevant evidence you do not need to send anything they already have.
Most people will have a f2f assessment very few are paper based
