Hi,It depends on the criteria of your local council and all councils are different. My local council doesn't consider a PIP award at all.See link to check your local council. https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-disabled-bus-pass

Criteria for Manchester disabled person bus pass is here. A PIP award is not one of the criteria. https://tfgm.com/tickets-and-passes/passes-for-disabled-peopleTravel vouchers criteria is here and one of the criteria for those is 8 points or more in the moving around part of mobility PIP.
