Hi @ando - its a really challenging time right now. I guess you could reach out to Sainsbury’s directly and talk to their customer service. There are also lots of people volunteering to help their neighbours right now in many communities - do you have a community page locally that you could reach out to? Just a couple of options.

I don't think the government list has been finished yet, according to "pulse" they only started on it a couple of days ago.

Hello @ando    Please if I can advise and suggest consider if you can apply other on line shopping websites.

I know may be restrictions on applying but it is still worth looking at.

To see if you can apply.

I know those of us who on their own . I am one myself.

If struggling or have anxiety over having problems accessing stores and food.

Please ask me anything can help with anything simple ideas and suggestions.

Also I am aware of those have difficulties and am here to reassure and comfort if I can.

Please try to remain calm use any thing to cope with stress such as music and relaxation techniques.

I know never easy and the Government I agree with you seems to be not aware of other groups.

I would look at Government websites, NHS ones keep up to date.

Keep in touch here and we are a supportive compassionate community.

I have the following welfare organisations in a crisis, there always useful to ask any thing.

    https://www.salvationarmy.org.uk

    https://www.redcross.org.uk

One thing I can do is help you if you need to ask anything need to share or have problems.

    Please keep safe and warm.

Hi @ando, sorry to hear you are having trouble getting a slot. Scope has a page which talks about getting food and essentials during isolation which you might find helpful.
