Hi
my name is Debbie.
I have suffered since my mid 20s with CPTSD. It has broken up one marriage and one LTR.
I recently found the strength to leave my abusive partner but I miss the children I cared for..he was widowed and I totally HATE living on my own.
It makes me very very insecure and scared and I battle daily with just..life.
Can anyone relate?

Thank you for joining us @Kittera. It must've been really difficult to leave, especially losing touch with the children, but you've made a really positive step leaving this relationship behind. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to support you. If you fancy just a lighthearted chat, give our coffee lounge a read.0
