Hi all. I recently had a tribunal. And was awarded the following points.
Preparing food 2
Washing and bathing 2
Dressing and interesting 2
Engaging with others face to face 2
Moving around 10
I have asperger's and struggle to understand how it works.
Does the above mean I only get standard rate or higher rate ?

Hi @predator74, hope you are well this evening? That would be standard rate care and standard rate mobility, £83.30 per week.Be extra nice to new members.

Does that mean I qualify for motability.
Thanks for replying -
Sorry no, you have to get the enhance rate of PIP mobility to qualify for motability which is 12 points or more.Be extra nice to new members.

It's all so confusing in total I get 18 but dont qualify for mobility. And it's the mobility I am struggling with
-
@predator74, its split into 2 sections care and mobility, you scored 8 in care which just gets you standard rate and 10 in mobility which gets you standard rate, to get enhanced mobility you need to score 12 and that would qualify for motability.
So in short this time you don't qualify for motability.Be extra nice to new members. -
Thanks for clearing that up for me
