The last couple of days I’ve planned and been out for a walk, quite long walks ..it’s not easy to get back out there for many reasons, but I was determined...
Ive been exhausted but I’ve walked a lot and felt better for it ..certainly slept a little better too..?

It’s a bit of a battle at the moment but one I hope I can win...thought I’d share a photo I took on one of those walks ? peaceful...

@Grinchy yes anxiety can be so debilitating ..I experience similar..
and yes you will do it, it just takes time and small steps, and for us not to beat ourselves up about things..it’s been difficult, but I’m feeling better about it, slowly does it I guess...
take care ! ?1 -

Thank you @RAwarrior

yes it’s a hard slog but I do feel better..
im very lucky that there are nice places nearby and I can go when it’s quiet ?
sending you good wishes2 -
You’re welcome @serenity2. I can’t walk very far however, I drive and I do try to go out when it’s quiet or when the weather is bad so there are less people. I am in the shielding group so I am still very nervous about encountering too many people. I find being outside lifts my mood and it is very calming. We are fortunate to have so many beautiful and peaceful places to visit. Best wishes to you as well and happy walking?2

I hope you feel better soon @serenity21
