Hi and welcome to the community

If you are looking fgor work then the job centre often have disability advisors who can help you and point you in the right direction

If you are already working and need support from your employers then I suggest you talk to HR or the Occupational Therapy service

If you give a bit more detail what support you need we may be able to help more
