Yesturday I had  problem about pain my dougther book apt from gp she see my report wait telepfone assesment from nurse  they write my gp they call me I am never get telepfone then I tried call this morning tried explaining but she shouted me agrasive when I tried explaining my problem make me upset cry now I cant stop cry and shake my body why they give job this kind of people she shout to me she agrasive and angry just explaining my self

I'm really sorry to hear that they upset you on the phone @meymay93. Have they agreed to get the GP to give you another call? Miscommunications do happen, but they shouldn't have been aggressive towards you.

Oh @meymay93 - I am so sorry about what happened with the nurse on the phone, and how much she has upset you. Perhaps your daughter could ring your GP surgery to explain things for you. No one should be spoken to like that. I hope you are feeling a little better today. Take care.

@meymay93 sorry that happened to you, some people are just in the wrong job, speak to the practice manager and make a complaint.

İ hope next week my nurse book ne another apt when she call me  i want to give my daugther number she will speak to her or  i was upset all day long if my friend can speak.english she will but she did not speak english i was worriying all day long whe she was agrasive all my life i get abuse when she shouted me i go back when i was child she was that bad

If my Gp call me again because she booking apt every 2 week I will.tell her because not comfortable last time tom from scope he help me lot when I speak.he understand me english my second language may speak wrong some time but she bad shouted to me ???????????????
