I'm really sorry to hear that they upset you on the phone @meymay93. Have they agreed to get the GP to give you another call? Miscommunications do happen, but they shouldn't have been aggressive towards you.

Oh @meymay93 - I am so sorry about what happened with the nurse on the phone, and how much she has upset you. Perhaps your daughter could ring your GP surgery to explain things for you. No one should be spoken to like that. I hope you are feeling a little better today. Take care. :)

@meymay93 sorry that happened to you, some people are just in the wrong job, speak to the practice manager and make a complaint.

Sorry to hear how upset you are and agree with others that you should speak to practice manager or get somebody to speak on your behalf

Hi @meymay93 - this is good news that you will have a wet room. I can imagine that having the work done is distressing and makes your pain increase, but hopefully will make things that bit easier for you once it is finished. :)

Is your care team aware that you're not able to wash yourself at the moment @meymay93? That doesn't sound very comfortable at all. Is it because of the work being done in your home?

Hi @meymay93 - How are you today? I saw you were having problems with your ESA payment. Have you now got it, or have you rung up to find out about this? We have seen this before, that sometimes ESA payments can be a little delayed, unfortunately.
I was also sorry to read that you had fallen again; have you mentioned these falls to your GP?
I hope the work is going well with your wet room, and it does not take much longer to complete. :)

Hi @meymay93 It's nice to hear from you.

Aww I understand how you feel.  I'm in the same position as my oldest cat Frank (14 years old) isn't too well and it has upset me because I love him dearly.  Remember what the vets have said though that he is doing well and the antibiotics will help him get stronger again.

Try not to worry too much and remember we are always here for you  <3  Lots of get well wishes to your little mister.

Hi @meymay93 - It is good to hear from you. I am pleased your wet room is finished, & it is great to read that your vet feels antibiotics will help your cat, as well as putting him on a diet. Oh, & he is so much younger than you thought, which is also good news. I am sure you will look after each other for a very long time, so I hope you can relax now knowing he will be OK. :)

How are you @meymay93 - just wondering how you (and your cat) are doing? How did you get on with talking to your GP?
Is your daughter going to be with you on Christmas Day like last year?
I do hope you are keeping a little better. :)

Hi @meymay93 - you are certainly not bad....you have just been through so very much. But you have come through, and are a great Mum to your daughter. You have cared so much for other people, and now need to care about yourself for your daughter, who loves you so much.
I hope you will be able to look forward to Christmas, and the time you will have with your daughter. Look after yourself for her...she is lucky to have you as her Mum. :)

Hi @meymay93 - have you told your GP about still finding it difficult to eat? Did she give you medication for your stomach ulcer? Ask her about the sort of foods to try so your stomach does not get upset. Things like yogurt can sometimes help and your GP will know more, so please talk to her.
Yes, how is your cat? :)
