Limited Capability for work and work-related activity

I am now getting a 3rd element called Limited Capability for work and work-related activity. Because I have been unemployed now for over 19 months but now that I am getting this 3rd. elements I will soon be moved to Hastings Office. But will I be able to do any training?

Hi sorry I dont quite understand your questions 

What do you mean you will be moving office ? 

LCWRA means you are not required to undertake any work related activity like training and job searches

I am going to be moved from Reading Job Centre down to Hasting I am having my last Official Chat with my Work Coach from Reading Job Centre tomorrow morning before I  being moved down to Hastings

I'm not understanding your question, sorry. May i ask what training you're asking about? If you can give some more information then i'm sure someone can help you further.
