I just keep waking up with chest pain. I feel tired.

Hello @harry01. I'm sorry to read you're in pain. Has it been going on for long? As others have said it's important to speak to your GP about this. If you're unable to get an appointment it may be worth giving 111 a call to ask for advice.0

It hurts when I eat. I get this stabbing pain in my side.

I'm trying to eat more fruits and vegetables and drink more water. I would presume that helps with cholesterol. I had muesli first thing in the morning and that really hot me hard in the side. It's a bit confusing to be honest.0 -
As mentioned above @harry01, it might be worth discussing this with your GP, they might be able to advise on a best way to go about improving it.
