I don't understand why they sent me something about lowering my cholesterol? I've just had this stuff going on for two years.

Hi @harry01, sorry to hear that you are waking up with chest pain. I hope it is not severe but maybe you should get it checked out, especially if it's something new?
Are you still in pain? -
As Oxonlady says, I would talk to your GP about your chest pain @harry01 - always best to mention any concerns. Please let us know how you get on.

Hello @harry01. I'm sorry to read you're in pain. Has it been going on for long? As others have said it's important to speak to your GP about this. If you're unable to get an appointment it may be worth giving 111 a call to ask for advice.Community Manager

How are you feeling today @harry01? Did they explain to you how you could lower your cholesterol?

It hurts when I eat. I get this stabbing pain in my side.
I'm trying to eat more fruits and vegetables and drink more water. I would presume that helps with cholesterol. I had muesli first thing in the morning and that really hot me hard in the side. It's a bit confusing to be honest. -
As mentioned above @harry01, it might be worth discussing this with your GP, they might be able to advise on a best way to go about improving it.

I see them all the time. They don't have an interest. It's not happening to them.
