I agree with @MrAllen1976, you're not any of those things @Ibelive2020. It's sometimes easy to think those things about ourselves, but it's a good idea to challenge those thoughts as they pop into your head.
Perhaps you could try replacing them with positive things? What are 6 things you like about yourself, or are grateful for in your life? Feel free to post them if you feel comfortable, but there's no pressure to. -

Thank you each and everyone one of yous really does mean alot I'm ok now just had a iffy moment if people know what I mean I'm now waiting on my new fridge/freezer to come as mine broke and my nx dr neighbours bf gran and grandad have gave me another one my washer broke so my friend over road sold me hers for £40 as shes got a new 1

I find it is easy to fall down a spiral of negative thinking once one or two bad thoughts pop into your mind
