    I've merged these threads together so they are in one place.  Are you having difficulty private messaging @lisathomas50 ?   To do this, visit the 'My profile' tab in the top right hand corner, select 'inbox' from the drop down menu, click 'new message' and take it from there.

    I sort of got the hang of it now  I havent had much  sleep I was awake for two days before that sorry if I pressed the wrong thing my phone doesn't always  type properly either ?

    Hi yes I am ok I had some sleep and I have had my job support phone call I am on the 6month support do hopefuly get a job soon
