Hi and welcome
Sometimes this happens and they cant for enough information from the phone assessment
I'm not too sure what you can do as it depends on your circumstances to what you can claim
One of our benefits experts will be able to advise you more -
Thank you

HI,This is because you can't be found fit for work without a face to face assessment and sometimes they can't get enough of information through just the telephone assessment.Your ESA will not continue past the 365 days unless placed into the Support Group. There's no news on when the face to face assessments will be back up and running again.Use a benefits calculator to check entitlement to Universal Credit. Though, do be aware that a claim for UC will end any tax credits you may already be claiming.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
