I've been reflecting what it is been like 'living' in isolation over the last year.
It has been HARD, but not without some boosters to my morale.
I'd love to get feedback on my article for Independent Living (who kindly host my missives).

That was a really interesting read Philip and I agree Covid has brought it home to the wider public what its like to be living with a life long disability even if it will only be for the shorter term for them.
It's amazing if you stop to think how much we have lost over the last 12 months but also good to see somebody recognising the gains as well.
