This forum helped before so asking again for gift ideas

For a male, age mid 50s. They like DIY and have an iPad and spend a lot of time on that, but they don’t use the App Store so don’t need an iTunes card. Also, not alcohol or food.

I want to spend about £10-30

Any ideas?

    Thanks @leeCal

    He doesn’t really use aftershave
Has loads and loads of clamps haha
Not sure what a workmate bench is - I’ll look that up! Thanks!

Magnetic wristband? Nails, nuts, bolts and screws, etc can be stuck to it :)

Smart watch? I recently bought one, £30 on Amazon so it's at the higher end of your budget, but worth every penny.

@MrAllen1976 he is, like me, rather into his mechanical watches so I don’t think he would get on with a smart watch! But thanks for the suggestion :)

IPad stand - a wooden one with a nice design of some sort or personalised :)

    Sorry don’t mean to pooh-pooh everyone’s ideas!

Looking into some of your ideas @leecal many thanks.

Thought he might have made one himself too but thought I'd mention the idea anyway :) personalised utility belt? Overalls? Money towards the latest tool he hopes to buy?

Hmmmmm if I gave him money it would go on bills sadly as he never buys things for himself - but you gave me an idea there - maybe get him a B&Q or similar voucher as he loves looking in DIY stores!

My wife recently bought me some wireless headphones for my iPad which are really useful. My wife says she usually gets gift idea from my moaning,so has he been moaning about anything that has an easy fix?

@johnsmith187 haha that’s a good way to look at it.

Sadly the things he moans about are a bit out of my control. Finances, work, certain family members, etc!!

With that said, he does moan about the wires of his headphones getting tangled up, so perhaps I may nick your wife’s idea!

A B&Q gift card? Can also be used online.

Yes you should have a look, my wife got them on Amazon for 29.99, nothing snazzy. But I like them so much better. They even work when I walk around the room and are very easy for someone not technical minded like me lol good luck!

It's my nephew's 13th on Saturday, so I've bought him NBA 2K20 on Xbox One, he plays real Basketball.
