I declared another health condition, and my email has been forwarded to assessment centre. What now?

hi,can anyone help me plz,last year i had an over the phone universal credit assessment,they decided they needed a f2f as there wasnt enough evidence....couple months later i declared another health condition on top of exsiting one sent email to assessment provider with the details of new health condition,they just emeiled saying they have forwaded my email to the assessment centre to review my file...what happens next from here plz
