Backdated payments

It about my backdated payment I won my assessment lcwra then uc phoned me on 30 jan said they will release my payment and it will take 7-10 days to go in to my bank left 3 messages on journal but still no money and no one as got back to me and it's 4 days past date they said my anxiety is so bad they know this I'm just so stressed out at the minute thanks Carl

I suggest you give them a call or give them time to catch up after the weekend and respond to your journal entries 

Did you pur it down as a payment query on your journal

Sorry to read this is stressing you out at the moment, have you tried calling UC?I realise you have made the notes on your journal but if it was worrying me I would be tempted to call.
