Plusnet and John Lewis Broadband

I have tried to contact both of these companies because I want to move my broadband provider but they don't let anyone email them and they don't have a working chat. The only option is telephone and I don't use telephones due to my Asperger's. I can't even cancel my account because they only allow telephone, which actually they never answer. Is there a legal helpline I can contact by email regarding this?
