Paper based assessments

Has anyone asked for a paper based assessment to be done rather talking on the phone and thier outcome has succeeded in an award?

Hi there 

Paper based assessments are rare but do happen if there is enough evidence and sometimes needs supporting letter from gp about why needed 

I had paper based review and was awarded
