I was wondering if any of you had used a tens machine and if you found it helped. I am in absolute agony with my arthritis and was thinking about getting one rather than taking pills to help with the pain.

Yes, I've also heard they work really well for some people, but not others @deb74. It could be worth a go. Have you spoken to your doctor about it?0

Hi @Tori_Scope. I have really painful joints because of my arthritis. I haven't spoken to my doctor yet but I know he isn't very keen on the idea of giving me loads of pills to take. I will talk to him and see what he thinks.Thanks0
