Hi everyone,

I am an estate planner, working for [removed by moderator - advertising link] in Reading Berkshire but can provide remote advice nationally. We provide a full range of estate planning services including the use of trusts to protect assets and the vulnerable. I was drawn to the website as I saw someone asking for advice for a trust for their brother.

    Thank you for the welcome Tori_Scope. I really appreciate it.

    As mentioned, I came here after a conversation I had with a client regarding his brother.  I felt that he had a lot of frustrations, which are perfectly understandable.  

    We ended up in a good place and his estate planning is fully prepared, but, if honest, I felt on the back foot slightly.  I really want to be able to offer the best possible service, as such and so that I can prepare properly, it would be really interesting to hear of any particular problems or worries members have had when thinking about or preparing Wills and general estate planning.
