I hardly sleep at the night! Feels lonely

    Hi @Tj72, I usually don't get to bed until around 1am but I'm feeling extremely tired tonight. I was about to go to bed when I saw your post.
    It can get lonely at night.
    I usually only sleep for an hour or so before waking up and repeat the process through the night.
    I usually listen to relaxation or guided meditation clips on YouTube.
    What do you do when you can't sleep?

    Sorry to hear that @Tj72. Nighttime can certainly feel more lonely. Did you manage to get some sleep?
