Sorry I am not aware of any Grant's available for this maybe contact cab whi may have more info for your area -
@Susanna70 have you spoken to the District nurses in your area they may be able to help you
Thsts how I got mine but I live in Wales and may be different but its worth asking you can also speak to adult social services -
