H everyone I have very bad depression & very bad anxiety & 2 more mental health illnesses.
I've had 7 breakdowns due to 10 years of very serious psyhical & very serious sexual abuse.
I was under the local mental health hospital.
PLEASE PLEASE will anyone who has been through the same deep rooted serious trauma as me reply?
I really need to hear from people who understand.
I'd like to make new friends here.

I think it's good that you're reaching out to speak to others that may have been through a similar experience to you. Not everyone will feel comfortable speaking about this with a stranger, but others might find that really helpful.

For anyone else reading this: Mind have a page on organisations and services that are there to help people who've been through different types of abuse. There are also plenty of others, so please get in touch with us if you're looking for a specific type of support and we can do our best to find something. It could also be worth speaking to your GP to find out if there's any local support you could access, such as a support group or group counselling.
