I know from other threads that people have had this issue. All you can do is contact them this morning when they open.

Mine went in but less than half the normal amount which is odd. Anyone had this ? Had no letters or communication from them

I suggest calling ESA, no one is going to be able to answer 100%, it’s pure speculation. Best to speak to them.

I am currently on hold trying to get through I just thought I’d ask for a little support from people who may have had the same thing x

I rang got through they told me they sent payment a day late so be tomorrow

It's good that you got an answer @lexib11 Thanks for letting us know. Hopefully this will help to put other peoples' minds at rest who might be in the same position.

There seems to be lots of problems recently with esa payments,  glad you got it sorted
