Is first payment 3 months from when you first applied, or 3 months from the health assessment?

Hi just wondering if anyone can help my i applied for universal credit for my son on jan 28th plus he has limited capacity for work with i told them about also he passed is health assessment but hes had no payment as of yet only is universal credit payments i no it takes 3 months for 1st payment but would that be 3 months from when he 1st applied or 3 months from when he had his health assessment by phone in February

Hi 

Ig is full 3 month assessment period from when the medical condition was reported and payment is 4th month 

So not knowing these dates I would roughly say first payment would be in June 

Feb-mar 1st waiting month 
Mar -apr 2nd , Apr-may 3rd , first payment in June
