Hi, hi I'm daffa! How long to wait for DLA tribunal?

Hi everyone I'm wondering if anyone as an idea our long a tribunal  for DLA can take iv been waiting for 4 years for a date I applied for pip this year as my condition  have debilitated  and they have added   that to the dla appeal .I have retired today an can not get any help because of this appeal thankyou

    Hello and welcome to our online community @daffa

    4 years is an extraordinarily long time to be waiting  :(  Have you rung the tribunal office to ask what the delay is, and enquire how much longer it's likely to be?

    Just to add, I've moved this post to our PIP, DLA and AA category and tweaked the thread title to help others spot what it's about.

Do you want to tell us a bit more about the background to your appeal and also your recent application for PIP? That might help our members to get an idea of where you're up to in the process and offer you some further advice on that basis.
